Conditions for Applying for a Grant
- The applicant should be of good conduct and behavior.
- The age of the scholarship applicant for a bachelor’s degree should not exceed 22 years old, and the applicant for a master’s degree should not exceed 30 years old.
- The applicant should not have received financial support from any public or private entity, or obtained a scholarship or study mission, in a previous or current period, and then withdrew or was dismissed from it.
- The applicant must fulfill the conditions set by the donor country.
- Identification papers of a civil ID - a copy of the passport
- Official documents attested for the passed study stages.
- Transcripts for the previous educational stages.
- High school diploma.
- Personal statement and curriculum vitae.
- The applicant for the scholarship must have at least a bachelor’s degree with a general average of 3.50 out of 4.00 or 90% for the secondary stage.
- Pass the SAT test with no less than 1,400 points, or the TOEFL test with no less than 600 points.
- Obtaining acceptance from one of the distinguished universities recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education in the State of Kuwait.
- To renew the annual scholarship, the student's cumulative GPA must not be less than 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Submission or nomination for the scholarship does not mean final acceptance.
- The board of directors of the foundation has full discretionary power to choose and accept candidates and reserves the right to refuse.
- The Board of Directors of the Foundation decides the amount of scholarship funds provided to accepted students on a case-by-case basis.
- Priority for obtaining grants shall be given to applicants for studies in vocational colleges.
- The Foundation’s Board of Directors has the right to exempt the applicant from the aforementioned conditions as it deems appropriate All terms, conditions, papers and documents.
